Shipping & Returns

Orders received before 12:00 pm CST are normally processed the same business day provided your merchandise is immediately available. We make every effort to ship your item(s) as soon as your order is received, however we may occasionally be out of stock due to high demand, especially during special events such as rodeo, inventory, and holidays including Christmas. If an item is out of stock, there may be a delay in receiving your order. We will make every attempt to ship the product as soon as it is received in stock. We will send you an email to let you know that it is out of stock & how long it will be before we can ship it out to you. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this occur with your order.

Dennards ships standard UPS ground. Services to PO Boxes are not available. Dennards will make every attempt possible to have all items in stock. However, if any items are backordered we will ship those out as soon as possible. No backorders on items $20.00 or less.

Additional shipping charges may apply.  We will email you any additional charges along with an invoice for the additional charges once UPS charges are figured.  

Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am until 5:00 pm CST. Orders received after 12:00 pm CST or on the weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day if available.

Online Purchase Disclaimer - Although we try our best to have an error-free website, we do make occasional errors. We reserve the right to contact you and correct pricing or other errors prior to fulfilling your order.

Return Policy - Refunds or Exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in new, unused, original condition with tags on.

It is the customers responsibility to pay the return shipping charges back unless it was an error on our end.  Please email us immediately if an item was sent wrong wrong (wrong size, damaged, wrong item sent). info@dennards.net

All Saddles must be returned within 10 days. Saddle must have no signs of wear, dirt or use. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost on returning the saddle.

No returns on bits, DVD's, used saddles & animal health supplies.

Special Orders & custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

No refunds on clearance merchandise.
